1. We are small and egalitarian board, so we are tight knit and work as group.
2. Real freedom to work and make decisions. We understand that a great board is made up out of great and enthusiastic people, therefore your work is appreciated and your input is listened to. 3. We are not just a board, but also a group of friends who do things for fun, like going out to a restaurant, as well as working hard. For next year we have three positions available: |

Marketing Director: Do you want to gain experience advertising events and build your CV? Join the Tilburg Model United Nations board to help with marketing our events. Your responsibilities would include: copywriting, advertising events, social media, creating a marketing strategy, newsletters, photography and editing, proofreading, working with your fellow board members on events and helping Tilburg MUN to build a strong brand image. We are looking for people with marketing knowledge but this does not require any previous Model United Nations knowledge, only enthusiasm and commitment. Good grammar skills and creative language ideas required!

Training / Workshop Director: For those who are enthusiastic about MUN this gives the perfect chance to use all your skills! Your responsibilities would include: planning various topical workshops (with help from the board) and creating a workshop plan for the year. This position allows you to show the responsibility and build your organisational skills. Likewise it gives you the opportunity to teach and pass on what you have learnt to more junior MUNers.

Fundraising & Lobbying Director: Do you dream about lobbying for big multinationals? Stop dreaming and start here! This very important position requires you to lobby various organisations such as the university, municipality, NGOs and possibly the UN, for grants and resources for Tilburg Model United Nations. This position shows the ability to take on lots of responsibility and is highly reward when done well. It also allows you to create contacts in various organisations which can help if you wish to gain an internship or a job later on.
