As a member of the TiMUN Social Event Coordination Committee, you will:
- Support the Directors of Events in organising fun and engaging social activities during MUN conferences.
- Oversee the planning and logistical execution of various events, including parties, networking sessions, and cultural excursions.
- Ensure each event is well-structured and enjoyable to foster a sense of community and collaboration among participants.
2. Skills and Experience Required
To excel in this role, you should bring:
Skills:
- Ability to plan and organize various types of social events effectively.
- Proficiency in communicating event details and coordinating with team members.
- Experience working collaboratively with other committee members and event organizers.
- Creative ability to design unique and memorable event experiences.
- Strong command of English for effective communication.
- Experience in planning, organizing, or supporting social events or activities is preferable.
- Participation in Model United Nations conferences is a plus, but not required.
