Due to the global Covid-19 pandemic we have set certain rules during the breaks and larger time blocks. All rules and regulations are explained in more detail in the study guide that all delegates will receive.
During the short-break in the morning delegates and chairs are expected to stay in their assigned rooms and can only leave the room when having to make use of the Universities facilities.
During the lunch-break all delegates will have 30 minutes to eat lunch. The lunch will be split between committees and thus not all committees will have lunch at the same time. This is to uphold the rules of 1,5 meters distance and to avoid overcrowding.
Delegates will be expected to wear a face mask when leaving their assigned rooms. When eating delegates are of course allowed to take of the mask, but when finished are expected to wear the mask again.
All delegates are expected to uphold these rules. If a delegate does not uphold these rules measures will be taken including, but not limited too, possible exclusion of the conference.
